This Stevens manufactured second variation buttplate measures 7/8" wide, has a slight curvature and is for the Little Scout No. 14 1/2 single shot falling block rimfire rifle. This second variation buttplate is in good condition exhibiting a grayish brown patina with rust and possibly some pin prick pitting. (file photo)
